FRAUD-NFO-01

What happened

The order matched one of your fraud rules and was sent to Fraud Review. Every order that your fraud rules flag carries the FRAUD-NFO-01 identifier. The text after the code is set by the rule that matched, so the exact wording varies from one rule to the next:

FRAUD-NFO-01: <the auto-note text from the fraud rule that matched>

Was the customer charged?

It depends on how the matching fraud rule is configured. A rule can hold an order before or after the charge runs, so check the order's payment status rather than assuming. The rest of the order note, and the order's transaction history, tell you whether a charge was taken.

What to do

Review the order in Fraud Review and decide whether to approve or reject it. To change which orders are flagged or what the note says, edit the fraud rule that matched under your fraud configuration.
