What happened

A test credit card that is configured to skip payment processing was used on an order that would otherwise have been credited to an affiliate. Because the order was a test, UltraCart did not record the affiliate commission, and it adds this note to explain why.

TEST-NFO-02: This order would have been associated with affiliate <affiliate id>,
but the order was placed with a test credit card that has skip payment processing configured on it.

Was the customer charged?

No. The test card skipped payment processing, so no charge was taken and no commission was recorded.

What to do

If this was a test, no action is needed. If a real order should have credited an affiliate, place it with a live payment method. Review which cards are treated as test cards, and their payment processing settings, in your payment configuration.
