UB-002

What it means

UB-002 is returned in the moreInfo field of an UltraCart QuickBooks REST API error response when a request fails with a server error. Unlike the other codes in this section, it is not written onto an order as a merchant note. The reader is a developer or integrator reading an API response, not a merchant looking at an order.

What to do

Inspect the full API error response, including the moreInfo field and any accompanying message, and retry the request once the underlying error is resolved. If the failure persists, contact UltraCart support with the request and response details.
