What happened

UltraCart cannot reach your WishList Member server at all. This usually points to a problem with the server URL, a firewall, or a proxy.

What to do

1. Open a web browser and enter the URL you gave UltraCart. It should open your WordPress home page.
2. If it does not, work with your hosting company to resolve the issue.
3. If your URL starts with https://, try http:// instead as a troubleshooting step.
