What happened​

Your WishList Member server rejected the membership level ID. UltraCart pulls and stores your membership levels locally, so this usually means the levels changed on your server after the last sync. Check whether you recently deleted or edited membership levels.

What to do​

Refresh the membership levels stored in UltraCart:

  1. Go to the WishList Member configuration screen.
  2. Click Sync Levels for your WishList Member server instance.
