Explanation: The package is too heavy. If this is an error, please check the item configuration for each item in the package and review the weight for those items. One of the items might possibly be incorrectly configured.

Select the item you're troubleshooting


In the Item editor, review the weight value for the item. Correct if necessary.


Click Save when finished.
