Auto Order Cohort Report

The Auto Order Cohort Report provides an in-depth analysis of your auto order subscriptions, enabling you to evaluate performance, retention rates, and revenue trends over time. This robust report includes a Summary Sheet and three detailed views, offering comprehensive insights into customer behavior and subscription item performance.

Report Structure and Tabs

The report is composed of a main Summary Sheet and three interconnected detailed views: Cumulative View, Monthly View, and Churn View.

Summary Sheet

The first sheet in the report will summarize each of the items that you have on auto order. For each item the following statistics are calculated:

Item IDThe item id that is on subscription
CumulativeLink to a sheet to show a cumulative view of this item
MonthlyLink to show the first 12 months of performance for this item.
ChurnLink to show the first 12 months of churn for this item.
Total CustomersHow many customers subscribed to this item.
Active CustomersHow many customers are still active on this item.
Total Original RevenueThe total revenue associated with the original order for this item.
Total Rebill RevenueThe amount of rebill revenue received from this item.
Total RevenueA combination of the original and rebill revenue.
Active PercentageThe percent of customers that are still active on this subscription item.
Average LTV First 100 DaysThe average LTV of the customer after 100 days. This is typically the amount of time merchants use to calculate the amount they can afford to spend on marketing the item.

Cumulative View

Within the Cumulative View of Each Item are the following statistics

Average Lifetime ValueThe average LTV for customers acquired during this monthly cohort.
Average Rebill RevenueThe average amount of rebill revenue earned.
Total Original RevenueRevenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort
Total Rebill RevenueRebill revenue across all customers in the cohort
Total CustomersTotal customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort.
Active CustomersThe number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item.
Cumulative Month #The amount of revenue that has accumulated since the original purchase and this month.

Monthly View

Within the Monthly View of Each Item are the following statistics

Average Lifetime ValueThe average LTV for customers acquired during this monthly cohort.
Average Rebill RevenueThe average amount of rebill revenue earned.
Total Original RevenueRevenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort
Total Rebill RevenueRebill revenue across all customers in the cohort
Total CustomersTotal customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort.
Active CustomersThe number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item.
Month #The amount of revenue that has was generated in the month since the original purchase. Month zero contains the original purchase.

Churn

Within the Monthly View of Each Item are the following statistics

Average Rebill RevenueThe average amount of rebill revenue earned.
Total Original RevenueRevenue from the original same across all customers in the cohort
Total Rebill RevenueRebill revenue across all customers in the cohort
Total CustomersTotal customers that subscribed to this item within the monthly cohort.
Active CustomersThe number of customers from this cohort that are still active on this subscription item.
Active Month #The percentage of customers that are still active within this month. As the months progress you can gauge the drop off in subscribers and the overall retention for a cohort at key intervals like 3, 6 or 12 months.
