Why does my SSL URL go to the UltraCart login page?

This is the default behavior of UltraCart unless you've associated a catalog with the same host name as the SSL certificate. To setup a catalog go to:

Main Menu → Catalog

Click on the new host button and enter the same domain name as your SSL certificate

After you create the catalog you will have to contact UltraCart support to have the catalog activated.

You typically do not need to setup a catalog host for your SSL certificate host name unless you are hosting everything on UltraCart
